This house has become our home. I’ve loved him greatly in the eighteen months we have lived here. I think this shows the care and love they have given to this house, the internal renovations I’ve done, like painting rooms, painting door frames, screen repair, and sewing and replacing broken blinds .

Externally. I’ve also done a lot of work. It was a huge task to clean the backyard (with a lot of help from my father and my little sister), I cleaned the pool site that had been a risk to the safety of any person entering the backyard, landscaping grass and plants, and built two huge edible gardens. In the front yard I dug beds and landscaped front yard.

I think all this work is an example of how much we love and care for the house, although only rent this house. I think it’s reasonable to ask that we do not have to live in a house that is flooded every time we have heavy rain Brisbane.

The ground floor area Jarvis game and the office / sewing room again was further damaged from the rain this week, and will continue until repairs are made.
